Affiliate & Commission Disclosure

1. How Lending Link is paid

Lending Link is a commercial introducer. We do not charge businesses a fee to use our enquiry service. Instead, where an enquiry leads to you proceeding with one of our funding partners, we may receive a commission or referral fee from that partner.

The commission arrangement varies by partner and product type and is agreed directly between Lending Link and the partner. It does not change the fact that any finance offered is provided by the partner on their own terms.

2. Effect on the cost of finance

Commission paid to introducers can, in some cases, be reflected in the cost of the finance you are offered. You should always check the total cost of any facility (including interest, fees, and any commission) and compare it with other options before proceeding. We encourage you to seek independent advice.

3. We are not independent advisers

Because we may be remunerated by partners, Lending Link is not an independent financial adviser. We do not recommend a specific product as suitable for your circumstances. Our role is to help connect you with partners who may be able to help — the decision on whether to proceed is yours.

4. Partner selection

The partners we introduce you to are selected based on the type of finance you have indicated an interest in and their fit for your business profile. The presence (or absence) of a commission arrangement is not the only factor in partner selection, but it is a factor in how we are remunerated.

5. Questions

If you would like to know more about how we are remunerated in connection with a particular enquiry, please ask — email privacy@lendinglink.co.uk.
